About
The Aga Khan Museum of Islamic Arts, located inside the main campus of Mindanao State University (MSU) in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, is the premier cultural repository of Muslim and indigenous heritage in the southern Philippines. Named in honor of His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, who contributed to its founding, the museum serves as a vital institution for preserving and showcasing the artistic traditions, material culture, and history of the Maranao people and neighboring ethno-linguistic groups in Mindanao, Sulu, and Palawan.
