Mt. Haponang Banoy is one of the  mountains in the province of Rizal, situated in the municipality of Montalban. In almost same spot, the legendary Mt. Pamitinan cave and Mt. Binacayan are located. In addition to that, Wawa dam is one of apple of eye in the area. Our groupie below.

During our Mt. Kalisungan and Mt. Mabilog hike, Bunga Falls was our post climb destination. More photos below. The ambiance in the area was cool, it was not so crowded when we arrived. There were few cottages left, so we had options to select the best spot. While the others were busy preparing our lunch, some of us were at the pool. Watching the people jumping off the cliff was exciting.

Hiking Mt. Apo was a tough adventure, but it was a life changing experience for me. Despite of some technical factors, like extreme coldness, tiring hike and etc., that measured my strength. I was able to conquer my own fears. It's hard to tell and explain, I am leaving my photos to you.

The Ruins | Talisay City

The Ruins Talisay City
The Ruins in Talisay City was the largest residential structure built at that time. This mansion belongs to sugar baron Don Mariano “Anoy” Ledesma Lacson (1865-1948.) Built after the death of his wife Maria Braga (1911) and served as the residence of their unmarried children. But, early part of World War II, USAFEE and then guerrilla fighters bunt this mansion to prevent the Japanese forces in making this structure as their headquarters. It was burning for three days, leaving no traces of its glorious past, but still the effort of the workers paid off, because it’s gorgeous RUINS are still standing and part of our today. Cape Bojeador Lighthouse | Ilocos Norte

Cape Bojeador Lighthouse (Burgos Lighthouse) is situated in Burgos, Ilocos Norte.  It is a cultural heritage that was erected during the Spanish era in the Philippines.  It's a 66-foot-tall octagonal stone tower on Vigia de Nagpartian Hill with an overlooking scene of Cape Bojeador.
The lighthouse was first designed by Magin Pers and Pers in 1887 and finished by the Lighthouse Service under Guillermo Brockman.  The lighthouse is made up of bricks, the tower is topped with a bronze cupola then the gallery is surrounded by iron grills in different formations.  This site was first lit on March 30, 1892,  but as of right now, it is more than a century years old yet it is still working and still serving as a guide to every ship that enters the Philippines.
